Q. What is Consumer Link™?
A. It is the online public opinion forum where your voice counts. You can earn money just for sharing your thoughts on anything from breakfast cereal to environmental issues.
Q. How do I become a member?
A. All you have to do is fill out our application form. Once you become a qualifying member, we will periodically invite you to participate in one of our current survey or discussion groups if it matches your interests and background.
Q. Does it cost me anything to join Consumer Link™?
A. Absolutely not! It costs you nothing to become a Consumer Link™ panel member.
Q. Why should I become a Consumer Link™ panel member? What's in it for me?
A. For one, it's the place online where it pays to have your say! Make sure manufacturers, retailers, marketers and advertisers start getting the message you want them to hear. Secondly, we'll pay you just for sharing your thoughts and opinions with us!
Q. When and how much do I get paid?
A. We will notify you of the amount when we invite you to participate in one of our surveys or discussion groups. Payments will range anywhere from $5 to $50, depending on the scope of the project. You should receive your payment within 10 to 14 business days via U.S. mail.
Q. When will I receive my free pre-paid phone card?
A. Once we have your completed application and we have accepted you as a panel member, we will send you your free pre-paid phone card. You should receive it within 10 to 14 business days via U.S. mail.
Q. How will my answers be used? Will the personal information I provide on the application form remain confidential?
A. All your answers are completely confidential and will be used for research purposes only. Your e-mail address and mailing address will NEVER be sold or given to anyone. You will not be approached with any promotional offers as a result of this application. All the information you give us will only be used to match your background and interests with that of the survey or discussion group.
Q. What if I no longer want to be a panel member?
A. Just send us an e-mail at contact@consumerlink.com and we'll take you off our list immediately.
