When and how much do I get paid? |

We will notify you of the amount when we invite you to participate in one of our surveys or discussion groups. Payments will range depending on the scope of the project, although our standard sweepstakes payment is $100. If you win the sweepstakes, you should receive your payment within 6 to 8 weeks via mail. |

All your answers are completely confidential and will be used for research purposes only. Your e-mail address and mailing address will NEVER be sold or given to anyone. You will not be approached with any promotional offers as a result of this application. All the information you give us will only be used to match your background and interests with that of the survey or discussion group. |
