This system uses a multi-stage inspection methodology, which ensures that only authenticated users can input their information into the database system and only ConsumerLink market researchers and database managers are allowed to read it. Though we make reasonable efforts to protect the security of your information and our system, no transmission via the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, you assume that risk by using our service.

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove portions from this policy at any time. However, if any change involves a plan to use your personal information in a way that differs from this policy, we will first send you an email to obtain your prior consent.

5. Terminating Membership

If you no longer wish to be a member of the ConsumerLink Panel or participate in the studies, you may request that your personal information be removed from our list of active members at anytime by following the "remove me" procedures in our emails or on the Website. Failure to follow the procedures we have provided could delay the removal of your information. We will promptly process you request, however, there may be a gap between the time when we receive your request and the time when we are able to remove your information from all scheduled communications and lists. Therefore, you may receive a few more emails after requesting to be removed from our lists before the request is eventually processed.
