NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO RESEARCH PARTICIPATION REQUIRED. These Official Rules (the "Rules") and the Deadlines and Prize Descriptions set forth in the Email Invitation apply to the sweepstakes conducted by ConsumerLink, 466 Lexington Ave., New York, NY 10017 ("Sponsor") which will be promoted on its websites (http://usa.consumerlink.com) (the "Website"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. Eligibility
Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old. The sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and suppliers dealing with this sweepstakes or the operation of Sponsor's websites, and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate families. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, anywhere outside of the U.S. and Canada and where otherwise prohibited.
2. Entry Period
See Email Invitation for dates during which you may enter on line or by mail. (the "Entry Period").
3. How to Enter and Win
(a) During the Entry Period, any legal U.S. resident (other than residents of the Province of Quebec) who is currently a member of the ConsumerLink Panel (the "Panel") or who joins the Panel, shall receive entries as follows: (i) Every time a Panel member completes a survey, he/she will automatically receive one (1) entry for that Entry Period. (b) To enter without being a member of the Panel or to gain additional entries if you are a member, hand print your name, address, and email address on a 3-1/2" x 5" postcard and send to: ConsumerLink, 466 Lexington Ave., New York, NY 10017 U.S.A. You must handprint the name of the survey you were invited to (found in your email invitation) on your postcard. No mechanically reproduced, facsimile or computer generated mail-in entries allowed. Do not place your postcard in an envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the last day of the Entry Period as set forth in the Email Invitation and received within seven (7) days from the last day of the Entry Period. With each submitted postcard, a participant gains one (1) entry into the Entry Period. (c) A random drawing for the Entry Period will be conducted to award the prizes. Sponsor will randomly select a given number of winners, as indicated in the Email Invitation from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted between 3 and 6 weeks from the close of the Entry Period. Sponsor will send required documentation and awards to the members address as registered with the ConsumerLink database within approximately fourteen (14) days of selection. All judges' decisions shall be final and binding in all respects related to the sweepstakes. (d) Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, misdelivered, incomplete, postage-due, illegible or unintelligible entries, messages or mail. (e) Neither Sponsor, its clients, nor their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising or Entry agencies shall be responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry.
4. Winner and Prize
The number of prizes, the amount of each prize, and the odds of winning each prize are set forth in the Email Invitation, along with the Total Number of Prizes and the Total Amount of All Prizes. The prize will be awarded in the form of a check. Checks returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. The overall odds of winning during any Entry Period depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail. All taxes on winnings are winner's responsibility.
5. Miscellaneous
Subject to all applicable laws in the United States and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, anywhere outside of the U.S. and Canada and where otherwise prohibited. Sponsor may select an alternate winner if winner fails to meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein. Except where prohibited by law, winner is required to provide Sponsor with a recent photograph and is required to participate in a short interview by telephone which will be conducted by Sponsor.
By accepting prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, photograph, interview (in whole or in part, whether or not accompanied by other material) and the fact that winner has won a prize, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release Sponsor, its clients, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and Entry agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the judges. Information collected will be used subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Sponsor may terminate the sweepstakes or any portion thereof or decide to modify it in any manner, which it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence, which would materially affect the security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor will award advertised prizes at random among all valid entries received to the date of corruption or termination. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in the sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they (1) attempt to enter the sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Rules, (2) attempt to disrupt the sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules in any way or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for the sweepstakes Rules or act (a) in an inappropriate manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the sweepstakes are final.

7. Winners List
For a list of winners of prizes of $25 or more, write to ConsumerLink, 466 Lexington Ave., New York, NY 10017 U.S.A. within one year after conclusion of any Entry Period.
